MOBILE SUPERVISOR
• Supervisory experience is essential.
• City and Guilds Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent and preferably 16th edition
• A strong Technical background
• The qualities and a proven track record in Supervisory techniques
• Able to communicate with clients and staff at all levels
• Aware of Health & Safety legislation
• Self motivated.
The role will involve:
• Supervising a team of Mobile Engineers including all On Call duties.
• Supervising Specialist Sub Contractors
• Providing technical and hands on support in the field
• Ensuring compliance with QA, Health & Safety and relevant company procedures
• Undertaking site surveys and audits
• Preparing additional works quotations
• Carrying out Health and Safety site evaluations and produce monthly reports on plant status and condition within our client’s sites
• Providing technical support to the Contract Management and Operational Staff
• Driving the regions performance standards to achieve continuous improvements
• Liaising closely with the Clients and Clients site staff.
A high degree of flexibility is essential.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.00 am to 17:00 pm.
